Is there anything better than a sunrise? Those magical moments when night morphs to day and everything feels a little bit better. This was painted in the winter, during a cold week when the night sky was clear and the dawn was still frosty with sea mist rising on the outgoing tide and a firey orange sun that rose dramatically over the ocean and the rocky shore.
