Nearly There!

For such an iconic view its probably surprising to know that this is only my 2nd painting of it. I took the stand of trees and the colloquial name for them "The Nearly There Trees" and played with the idea of coming to the end of a journey, in this painting depicted by a meandering path... 

Mixed media and collage on  30cm x 25cm wood panel tramed in a gorgeous white stained wooden St Ives style frame. Overall dimensions approx 45cm x  40cm Ready to hang
