Moons often appear in my paintings, but a dark sky rarely. I think of moons as bright, giving light, showing the way, illuminating dark corners of our nighttime world. Even when shrouded in cloud. Inspired by the moors with their relics of a bygone age.
Lovingly created with lots of collage and mixed media. The collage wraps around the sides as you can see in the photos so no need for a frame. Its beautiful as it is.
